Where do you ship from?


From France (near Marseille). Each piece is made locally.

Delivery times & costs

Order preparation: 48–72 hours (working days). The times below are after dispatch .

France: 2-3 working days
European Union: 4-7 working days
Worldwide: 6-12 working days
USA: Grouped Shipping

All shipments are tracked, the number will be transmitted at the time of shipment.

USA – Group shipping

To reduce shipping costs, we combine USA orders :

  • Shipping at the end of the sale or within 30 days maximum (whichever is sooner),
  • then standard postal delivery time (6–12 working days).

    You will be notified by email as soon as the package is dispatched.
Package tracking

A tracking email is sent when your order ships. Remember to check your spam folder.

Customs & taxes (outside EU)

Shipments outside the EU are sent DAP : possible taxes/duties may be requested by the carrier upon arrival (amount set by local customs).

Packaging

Rigid cardboard envelope (≤ 3 cm), flat protection, “Do not fold” label.

How to fix the decoration to the wall?

Kit included (2 options) :

  • Removable (tenants) : 3M Command type strips – clean removal on smooth painted walls .
  • Permanent : 3M VHB – very strong hold (wait 24–72 hours before maximum charge).
  • Permanent: Small, discreet nails

Surfaces not recommended for removable: wallpaper, highly textured walls, crumbly plaster. When in doubt, choose VHB (permanent) or the small nails option.

Does it damage the paint?
  • Removable (Command) : Clean removal when the tab is pulled down slowly.
  • VHB : permanent bonding; may tear off paint when removed.

21 × 21 cm (~ 8.27" × 8.27" ), ~ 300 g . Steel/stainless steel, matte black paint finish.

Care


Clean with a soft cloth . Avoid solvents/abrasives.

Returns & Exchanges
  • 30 days after receipt (unused item, in original condition).
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of a defect).
  • Write to us before returning to obtain the address and authorization.
Item damaged upon receipt?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item . We will find the best solution quickly.

Wrong address / unclaimed package

If the address provided is incorrect or the package is unclaimed, reshipping charges may apply.
